Challenge Foundation Properties is a charter school construction firm serving nationwide. As its website was updated, the existing brochure also needed to be updated. The tri-fold brochure is 11” x 8.5” and 3.6875” x 8.5” folded—the size to fit a #10 envelope when it needs to be mailed.
